PeRDict-database is a tool that provides a comprehensive Perfect Rhymes Dictionary leveraging the CMU Pronouncing Dictionary and the English Lexicon Project to identify approximately 48,000 words that share phonetic characteristics necessary for perfect rhymes. It employs algorithms to calculate rhyme counts based on word frequency from the Corpus of Contemporary English while filtering out rare words to enhance the practical application of the dictionary in language processing and educational contexts. Notable features include the inclusion of phoneme stress markers and the differentiation between raw word counts and word lemmas, allowing users to refine their search based on linguistic properties.
